In the heart of the Alps, Enlaps, a Grenoble-based startup founded in 2015, is reinventing image capture and analysis!
Indeed, Enlaps develops and markets an innovative solution, unique on the market intended for the creation and sharing of content (time lapse videos, photos ...) for professionals and individuals.
The solution offers a unique, immersive way of capturing: a magnificent sunset in the Maldives, the construction of an engineering structure in Paris, the making of the Grenoble Street Art Festival, the flow of a glacier in Patagonia, the seasons on a mountain landscape... in short, any event or phenomenon that can be captured on video. in short, any event or phenomenon whose evolution is not perceptible on a normal time scale!
Today, Enlaps is :
70% of sales generated internationally,
20,000 Tikees cameras connected in 90 countries,
20 million images processed every month on our myTikee cloud application!
The Enlaps team currently numbers over 30 people.
The position 💼
The International Business Developer will promote and sell Enlaps' products and services, focusing on identifying and prospecting new customers, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers. This position requires technical expertise to meet the needs of international customers, providing guidance and advice on product and service offerings. This role reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, as well as the Customer Service department.
He/she is a key player in ensuring the best possible experience for our customers and partners, and in building a relationship of trust.
Key responsabilities 💼
Accountable for both acquiring and nurturing new and existing clients, including providing training and leveraging key selling moments like promotions and products launches.
Understand client needs and offer pre-sales technical advice on products and services.
Own the sales process end to end: Preparation and follow-up on commercial proposals, conduct commercial negotiations and finalize sales.
Contribute to making our team better each day by reporting weekly on activities and key learning to the leadership team.
Profile and skills required 👨💼
Minimum of Bac + 5 / Master degree in Sales and/or Customer Success,
2 to 3 years with successful experience on a similar role,
Proactive, organized, autonomous to fit with the scale-up environment,
Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening,
Ability to maintain assertive relationships with various stakeholders,
Interest in technical products and new technologies,
Proficiency in sales techniques,
Fluent in at least two languages for business discussions: English is mandatory; plus proficient in Italian, Spanish and/or German.

Type of contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
Location: Montbonnot-Saint-Martin + 1 remote working day per week
Salary: Depending on profile/experience - 38 to 42k€ gross annually + variable comp.
Desired start date: As soon as possible
