The position 💼
To support our international growth, we are recruiting a Business Developer with a passion for B2B sales, innovative technologies and entrepreneurial adventure.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work hand in hand with a sales team of team of 8 and the Customer Success department of 3.
Your objective: to develop and retain a portfolio of corporate customers in France and while ensuring a fluid, relevant and engaging customer experience.
This role is key to ensuring the best possible experience for our customers and building a relationship of trust.
Key responsabilities 💼
Identify and prospect new B2B accounts in France and abroad
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers
Support customers as they develop their skills in our solutions
Draft sales proposals and follow them through to signature
Conduct negotiations and close sales
Keep the CRM up to date with customer data
Ensure weekly reporting on your activity, between performance and customer feedback
Contribute actively to the global sales strategy
Profile 👨💼
Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 en commerce, vente, business international ou relation client
Expérience ou forte appétence pour les environnements techniques (hardware, SaaS, etc.)
Maîtrise des techniques de vente et du pipeline commercial
Excellent relationnel : écoute active, communication fluide et articulée, sens de la diplomatie
Anglais professionnel courant indispensable (écrit + oral) ; une autre langue est souhaitable
Apprécie le travail en équipe, est autonome, a un vrai goût du challenge et du travail bien fait!
Aisance avec les outils digitaux, notamment le CRM
Required experience👨💼
Fort(e) d’une expérience d’au moins 7 ans dans la vente, en particulier sur des solutions techniques ou à forte valeur ajoutée, le/la candidat(e) saura mener un cycle de vente complet et instaurer une relation de confiance avec ses clients.

Terms and conditions 🏢
Type of contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
Location: Montbonnot-Saint-Martin + 1 remote working day per week
Salary: Depending on profile/experience - 45 to 50k€ gross annually + variable comp.
Desired start date: As soon as possible
